These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Archisty website and your purchase of products from Archisty Stone Ltd. ("Archisty", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Our products
Archisty products are real natural stone veneer (our Fiber, Lucent and Silk lines) and metal and concrete finish panels (our Meta line). Because our stone is genuine and made by nature, colour, veining and grain vary from sheet to sheet, and on-screen images are a guide only. Slight variation is a feature of real stone, not a defect.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency of the shop you select and may change without notice. Each region sets its own stock and pricing. We try to keep all information accurate, but errors can occur. If we find an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer where available. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, delivery, returns and claims are covered on our Shipping and Returns page. Archisty products carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. A fire-retardant grade is available on request. Standard sheets are not fire-rated.
Correct use
Our products must be installed by following the relevant Archisty installation guide. Some products have limits. For example, Silk Arch is for dry indoor use only, and is not suitable for exterior or wet areas. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or by use outside these guidelines.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the Archisty brand, belongs to Archisty Stone Ltd. and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Archisty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, along with the date it took effect.

We serve customers in several countries and handle personal data in line with the laws that apply, including PIPEDA in Canada, the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Shipping & Returns
At Archisty Stone Ltd. ("Archisty", "we", "us"), we want your order to arrive safely and on time. This page explains how we ship, and how returns and claims work.
Where we ship
We ship across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Each region keeps its own stock and pricing, so the shipping options you see depend on the shop you select.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days. Larger or custom orders may take longer, and we will tell you the timeline when you order.
Delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on your address and the size of your order. Once your order ships, we send tracking details by email. Estimated delivery is usually 3 to 10 business days within the same country, and longer for remote areas.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated by the weight and size of your order and your delivery address. Because our panels are thin and light, they usually ship more efficiently than solid stone. Your shipping cost is shown before you confirm and pay.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available at selected showrooms. If pickup is offered for your order, you will see it as an option at checkout, and we will email you when it is ready.
Inspecting your order
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a sheet is damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@archisty.com with your order number and clear photos. Please do not install a damaged sheet, as installed products cannot be claimed for transit damage.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return unused, uncut products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@archisty.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Non-returnable items
Custom-cut orders, samples, and clearance items are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 7 to 14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty
Archisty products carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. A fire-retardant grade is available on request. Warranty claims are separate from returns; contact us with your order number and photos.
