Our panels are crafted from natural stone composite and engineered mineral surfaces, finished to replicate the texture and depth of quarried stone at a fraction of the weight. Each collection (Fiber Arch, Lucent Arch, Silk Arch and Meta Arch) uses a slightly different blend tuned for its look and application.
Yes. Most collections are rated for interior and exterior installation, including feature walls, façades, fireplaces and wet areas. Always check the individual product data sheet for the specific rating and any sealing requirements.
It comes down to look and setting: Fiber Arch for rugged natural texture, Lucent Arch for light, refined surfaces, Silk Arch for smooth contemporary finishes, and Meta Arch for bold architectural statements. Use the Visual Arch tool to preview each on your own space, or request samples.
Absolutely. We recommend ordering samples so you can see the colour and texture in your own lighting before placing a full order. Samples can be added from any product page.
Ordering Questions
Browse the DIY Shop or Pro Shop, add products to your cart, and check out. For large or custom projects, use the Quotation page to request a tailored quote and our team will follow up.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal, as well as Email (Interac) Transfer. We strongly encourage E-Transfer. It lets us avoid the 3.25% card processing fee and keeps your pricing lower.
Card and PayPal payments add a 3.25% processing fee. Choosing Email Transfer avoids that fee entirely, which helps us keep prices competitive against the big-box stores, and we pass that saving on to you.
Yes. Head to the Quotation page, tell us about your project, products of interest and timeline, and we will prepare a detailed quote with volume pricing where applicable.
Shipping Questions
We ship across Canada and the United States, with our primary hubs serving Toronto, Vancouver and major US metros. International shipping is available on request for larger orders.
Most in-stock orders ship within 2 to 4 business days, with delivery typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Custom and large-volume orders may take longer; your confirmation will include an estimate.
Yes. Select "Pickup" at checkout to see the nearest pickup location based on your area. You will receive pickup details on your order confirmation.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity and destination. Tax and shipping rates are shown before you confirm your order.
Installation Questions
Many of our panels are designed for DIY installation with standard tools. Our step-by-step installation guides walk you through surface prep, adhesive and panel placement. For complex or large façades, we recommend a professional.
Each collection has a recommended adhesive listed in its installation manual on the Resource page. Using the specified adhesive is important for warranty coverage and long-term performance.
Yes, downloadable installation manuals, data sheets and brochures are all available on the Resource page, and can be opened directly in your browser.
Yes. On most product pages you can select "Connect me to local pros," and through our Contractor Pro network we will match you with vetted installers in your area.
Warranty Questions
Unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-cut or special-order items may be non-returnable. This is noted on the product page.
Yes. Our panels carry a manufacturer warranty covering material defects; the term varies by collection and is listed on each data sheet. Proper installation with the specified materials is required for coverage.
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement right away.
